Galaxy Note7: Samsung Request Global Partners to Halt Sales and Exchange 1

Samsung has officially issued a statement to ask all carriers and global partners to stop sales and exchange of Samsung Galaxy Note7.

We are working with relevant regulatory bodies to investigate the recently reported cases involving the Galaxy Note7. Because consumers’ safety remains our top priority, Samsung will ask all carrier and retail partners globally to stop sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 while the investigation is taking place.

The ill-fated Samsung Galaxy Note7 despite being a well-rounded device, it has faced an unprecedented disaster with its exploding battery. This is no regular matter as it could inflict serious physical harm to the user as the device burst into a fiery end.

Indeed Samsung has issued a global recall and exchange program for the released devices, but what comes afterwards is even depressing where the replacement Galaxy Note7 being reported exploding one after another.

If you’re still using a Samsung Galaxy Note7, for the love of god, please turn off the device and send it back for a refund or exchange of another device.
