TP-Link Malaysia is expanding its collaboration with Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) through an MoU signing for a new three-year partnership.

The partnership will bring TP-Link’s Omada enterprise networking solutions into TAR UMT’s learning environment, giving students practical exposure to networking infrastructure and technologies used in enterprise settings. The brand will be providing technical workshops, industry knowledge-sharing sessions and access to the Omada Certified Network Administrator (OCNA) certification pathway. These initiatives are intended to complement students’ academic studies with practical networking skills and industry-recognised credentials.
Students will also have opportunities to participate in internships and industrial training with TP-Link Malaysia, allowing them to gain workplace experience and apply their technical knowledge in real-world environments. Both parties will also explore further opportunities in areas including research, technical knowledge exchange, faculty engagement and other industry-academia initiatives.
