ECS has announced that it will be unveiling an array of products which include motherboards, LIVA mini-PCs, fanless box PCs, laptops, and EV charging solutions from 4th to 7th June 2024 in the Computex 2024 show in Taipei, Taiwan. And today, we’ll check out some of the products that will be showcased.

LIVA Z7 PLUS and P200

Powered by Intel 14th Gen Meteor Lake-H processors, the LIVA Z7 PLUS Mini PC supports up to 96GB of DDR5 memory and features a fast M.2 2280 PCI-E NVMe Gen-4×4 SSD. It also offers extensive connectivity options, including 2.5GbE LAN, Gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi 6E, dual HDMI ports, dual USB 4 Type-C to DisplayPort connections, and multiple USB ports.

On the other hand, the P200 Box PC is designed for industrial use and packs six COM ports, eight USB ports, and dual Gigabit LAN. It supports wide temperature operation and is a good option for industrial applications, kiosks, POS systems, and so on.

UP40ML and CR60RL

Moving on, the UP40ML is a 14-inch AI series business laptop powered by Intel Core Ultra processors with NPU technology for efficient AI computations, reducing CPU load. Crafted for students, professionals, and creators, it sports a sleek 16.3mm slim aluminum body, weighs 1.4kg, and includes a high-speed PCIe Gen 4 x4 SSD and DDR5 5600 MT/s dual-channel memory.

In addition, the brand showcases the Vision Mate (CR60RL) and Learning Mate (UP40ML) for innovative AI solutions. Vision Mate is an AI-based photo editor offering text-to-image generation, image transformation, photo styling, background removal, and resolution enhancement.

Meanwhile, the Learning Mate serves as a personalized learning assistant, allowing users to upload context and documents to build a knowledge base for interactive and engaging educational experiences.

X5A and M600

Another interesting one is the X5A AI Fanless Box PC, which is tailored for autonomous inspection vehicles. It is powered by an embedded Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin 32GB system and supports powerful AI for AMRs to bring real-time image and field analysis.

Featuring LPDDR5 32GB, 64GB eMMC, and an M.2 2280 PCI-E NVMe Gen-4×4 SSD, the X5A includes four Gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi 6E, and a Nano SIM card for 5G mobile network connectivity.

Alongside that is the M600 Mini PC, specially designed for modern smart retail shelf setups. Equipped with an Intel Alder Lake-N series processor and DDR5 memory of up to 16GB, it has the capability to connect with cameras and weight sensors on retail shelves for instant checkout updates. It also accommodates wireless 802.11ax, dual 2.5GbE LAN ports, and a 5G/LTE interface. With dual HDMI outputs, COM ports, and a wide range of USB ports, it caters to diverse application needs.

On a side note, ECS will be presenting the LIVA MART concept, which features a self-service store with digital signage, smart shelves, smart cabinets, and recycling kiosks to allow remote monitoring and control over the internet for store managers.

B760H7-M8 Black Series

Onto the motherboard section, the brand has announced the return of its Black Series motherboards, tailored for light gaming and general-purpose use. The first release, the B760H7-M8 Black Series, is a mATX motherboard featuring the Intel B760 chipset and supports Intel’s LGA1700 socket CPUs, including Alder Lake-S, Raptor Lake-S, and Raptor Lake-S Refresh.

It accommodates up to 64GB of DDR5 5600 or DDR4 SDRAM memory in two DIMM sockets. Expansion and I/O capabilities include a Gen5 PCIEx16 socket, M.2 PCIE Gen4 x4 2260/2280 SSD, four SATA3.0 6Gb/s drives, M.2 Wifi/Bluetooth, and 2.5G LAN.

Venus EV Charger

Last but not least, ECS will introduce a comprehensive EV Charging Solution featuring two ranges of smart AC chargers and the ECS Intelligent Charging Station Management System (CSMS).

The Mercury Series offers solutions for both 32A single-phase and three-phase for European customers, whereas the Venus Series includes smart AC chargers that comply with international standards like OCPP 1.6, suitable for home and business use in various locations. Built for public use, the AC chargers feature over-the-air firmware updates and IP55 and IK10 protection.
