The program shifts traditional hardware procurement toward a subscription model, giving customers access to ViewBoard Interactive Flat Panels 41 Series, ranging from 65-inch to 86-inch, as well as the Foldable 138-inch All-in-One LED display, while reducing the need for large upfront capital expenditure.

The package also includes deployment-ready accessories such as a slim trolley cart and WiFi module, alongside free delivery and professional installation within Klang Valley, and a three-year on-site warranty to support reliability and uptime in business and classroom environments.

Doubling down on providing flexibility, there’s 0% installment option over 12 months complemented by extended 24-month and 36-month plans, enabling organizations to align technology adoption with operational budgets and scaling requirements.

Beyond pricing, ViewSonic is positioning the plan as a fully managed solution, bundling delivery, installation, maintenance, ICT lifecycle support, refurbishment, and logistics into a single package, while transferring full device ownership to customers at the end of the subscription term, effectively bridging operational expenditure with long-term asset acquisition.

Ongoing value is reinforced through continuous technical support, managed services, and complementary training sessions conducted three times annually, aimed at improving adoption rates and maximizing return on investment for deployed systems. From a technology standpoint, ViewSonic’s solutions integrate EDLA-certified Android platforms, high-performance processors, immersive audio, and wireless content sharing, while the foldable LED display targets large-format, high-impact use cases requiring flexible deployment.

With the broader industry shift toward as-a-service models in IT and workplace infrastructure, vendors are moving to combine hardware, software, and lifecycle services into unified offerings, allowing organizations to modernize environments while maintaining financial agility. As mentioned by the Country Manager of ViewSonic Malaysia, Chaw Foo Hong, the initiative reflects growing demand for scalable and adaptable solutions as hybrid work and digital learning environments continue to evolve, positioning the subscription model as an alternative to traditional capital-heavy procurement.
