Synology has just unveiled the new BC500 and TC500 versatile all-weather bullet and turret cameras which include advanced AI capabilities, improved video quality, as well as seamless integration with the Surveillance Station video management system.

For starters, the BC500 and TC500 are equipped with 5MP sensors that shoot at 2880×1620 resolution at 30 FPS to provide users with detailed yet smooth video with a wide 110° horizontal viewing angle.

On top of that, both cameras work excellently for indoor and outdoor use thanks to an IP67 dust/water resistance rating, a night vision range of up to 30 meters, and multi-exposure HDR capability.

They also boast intelligent features such as People and Vehicle Detection, Intrusion Detection, and Instant Search to help users more consistently on identifying possible threats, swiftly investigating areas of interest, as well as tracking down and retrieving relevant footage.

Not only that, but the BC500 and TC500 are designed to integrate seamlessly with Surveillance Station, meaning that users can easily manage them directly through the Synology NAS-hosted environment.

Availability
