Other than the absurd Predator Shot energy drink, the Acer Global Press Conference also showcased their latest gaming chair that is created in collaboration with OSIM. Yes, you read that right, that OSIM who makes massage chairs.
Leveraging on the OSIM V-Hand Massage Technology, it emulates the agile hands of a professional masseuse on the neck and shoulder region. Together with other massage techniques such as knead, press, roll and tap that cover the entire back.
Just like your standard gaming chair, you still have a lot of adjustabilities when it comes to seating comfort. It is able to be reclined up to 145 degrees, and gamers can make use of buttons on the chair’s right-side armrest to control the massaging functions. Three automatic massage programs (Neck & Shoulders, Lumbar and Energize) are available.
The chair’s rollers can be adjusted to suit six different shoulder positions in order to cater to people of different heights and there are also roller width settings which provide gamers with the ability to hit exactly the right spot, regardless of their body width. Furthermore, gamers have the option of setting a programmable spot-massage that focuses on a single area, giving particularly aching muscles a bit of extra attention and care.
Last but not least, there are two built-in Bluetooth speakers on the chair’s headrest that should fulfil some of your wildest dreams of having a crazy all-in-one chair for gaming.
