What this mean is that for platforms that utilizes Paydibs’ eCommerce suite, merchants can now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) right alongside other payment options like cards and online banking, with the experience remained the same as everything is handled through a single dashboard where they can manage both digital and COD payments, track order status, monitor delivery progress, and view settlement details in real time.
By reducing the friction involved in COD management, merchants can focus more on growing their businesses while still delivering a reliable and seamless customer experience.
For the initial rollout, the fulfilment side will run through Poslaju, with Paydibs planning to gradually expand the feature to more logistics partners in the coming quarters, so merchants will have greater delivery flexibility in the future.
