Paydibs has expanded its scope once again by becoming a direct participant with Payments Network Malaysia for DuitNow QR, which basically cuts out the need to rely on third-party partners for that connection.

While they are already offering DuitNow QR before this, everything now runs through a direct pipeline, with Paydibs capable of connecting to DuitNow QR and FPX for businesses to handle QR payments and online banking transactions in one place without juggling different systems, which is pretty helpful for merchants operating across both online and physical channels.
There are also improvements over the fundamental things, like faster settlement cycles, better cost efficiency, and more control over payment flows. For merchants, that really just means quicker access to funds and better visibility into their cash flow.
At the same time, they’re simplifying the backend experience for businesses. Merchant onboarding, payment tracking, and overall operations are being streamlined into a single platform, reducing friction and making it easier to manage day-to-day transactions.
According to CEO Tee Kean Kang, this move is about strengthening their role in Malaysia’s payment ecosystem, while enabling faster settlements, better control, and more efficient operations, as merchants get simplified access to DuitNow QR across banks and eWallets through one unified platform.
This also builds on their earlier push with Paydibs NEO, which bundles QR, card, and Buy Now Pay Later into a single device, showing a clear direction toward all-in-one merchant solutions.
