HP Malaysia has announced a couple of new printers for the local market and perhaps it is for you.
First up are the Smart Tank 580 and Smart Tank 520 made for small-scale businesses or even home users. These new ink tank printers is capable of printing up to 6,000 pages, black or color, per full bottle of ink supply which is about 3 years if we are estimating about 150 pages printed per month.
They are created with modern requirements in mind such as Wi-Fi support, auto ID detection, and app support that provides smart guiding buttons so that everyone can easily print, fax, send, scan, copy, whatever a printing machine is capable of in 2023.
It is also energy efficient through complying with EPEAT Silver and Energy Star together with auto on/off mode for minimum idle energy consumption.
On the other hand, the big boy LaserJet Managed E800 and E700 models are for enterprises that need to print a lot and print fast. Its 700ppm printing speed and 300ipm duplex scan speed streamline the process between digital and physical documents with auto tone and color adjustments so that the prints are always as sharp as needed.
The new Flow 2.0 feature provides users a way to directly edit the content on the fly in case they ran into very minor mistakes such as typos so there’s no need to run back to the laptop for correction. The innovative Reverse and Retry detect any double feeding and jamming issues which will be resolved on its own in most cases with minimum human interaction.
