HP Malaysia has just announced the availability of HP Print AI, introducing smarter AI-powered features designed to simplify everyday printing and reduce common issues with documents and images not printing as intended.
The new HP Print AI introduces AI-powered features designed to simplify everyday printing, with Precise Print automatically removing unwanted ads, awkward spacing, and poorly sized images from web content before printing, helping users save paper, ink, and time. The technology also provides personalized support using natural language and contextual awareness to guide users through setup and troubleshoot issues based on their preferences and previous interactions.
For businesses, HP has expanded the availability of HP Scan AI, a cloud-based AI solution that automatically recognises documents and extracts relevant information based on specific workflows, helping reduce manual data entry while saving time and operational costs.
That said, HP Print AI is now available on compatible HP devices, including the DeskJet 2800, 4300 and 5100 series; Smart Tank 500, 700 and 790 series; OfficeJet Pro 8100, 9100 and 9700 series; and select LaserJet Pro 3000 and 4000 series. Feature availability varies by model and market, and Windows 11 is required.
