Malaysia has been a key region for the company and the launch of its Concept Store will provide better customer service and product offering experience for the Malaysian consumers.
In collaboration with TF Mobile Enterprise, Honor Malaysia’s first Concept Store will be strategically located at Plaza Lowyat, at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Honor Malaysia, a brand created for millennials, have mainly focused on its e-commerce strategy to drive growth and to reach its target market. However, the opening of the Concept Store marks the company’s gradual step into the retail market. This move also reflects Honor Malaysia’s plans in meeting consumer habits today, providing Honor fans a first-hand experience of using Honor products before purchase.
At the Grand Opening ceremony held this morning, Allen An, E-Commerce Director of Honor Malaysia explained how the launch of the Concept Store will enable the company to better meet consumers’ demands. “Honor is a brand that believes in maintaining close relationships with its Honor fans. We are proud to announce that the Concept Store will be another one of our strong initiatives in providing a one-of-a-kind customer service and in strengthening our interactions with consumers,” said Allen. “We believe that by complementing our e-commerce presence with retail stores, we will be able to reach our customers better and provide an enhanced shopping experience for them. “
The Concept Store will offer various Honor devices such as the Honor 8, Honor 5A, Honor 5C, Honor 5X, Honor 6 Plus, Honor 7, and the Honor 7 Enhanced. Not only is Honor Malaysia gracing us with its first Concept Store, the company is also holding a promotion period from November 15th to November 21st.
