Epson Malaysia has launched the latest SureColor F20030 (SC-F20030) 76-inch dye-sublimation printer, expanding its high-production textile lineup with enhanced productivity and outstanding print quality.
Featuring eight Epson PrecisionCore MicroTFP printheads arranged in a horizontal overlapping layout, the SC-F20030 doubles the printhead count of its predecessor to deliver production speeds of up to 306m²/h at 600 × 600 dpi while maintaining consistent print quality across long runs.
It utilizes Epson UltraChrome DS Ink with a 10-liter bulk ink system and hot-swap functionality, allowing uninterrupted printing by automatically switching to a backup ink pack when one runs out.
Designed for high-volume textile production, the SC-F20030 includes a built-in double-sided drying system and an integrated dust-reduction mechanism to improve print stability and reduce downtime.
Furthermore, the printer supports optional 300kg jumbo roll and reel units for longer print runs, while user-replaceable components such as the printhead and anti-drying cap simplify maintenance and minimize service interruptions.
