Epson Malaysia has officially brought in the new EH-LS9000B projector dedicated to serving film enthusiasts who want that big-screen, cinematic feel at home without spending a fortune (relatively speaking).
This machine brings premium 4K visuals through the Epson 3LCD tech for vibrant, true-to-life colours and consistent brightness, while features like HDR10+, 4K frame interpolation, Scene Adaptive Gamma Correction, and Auto Contrast Enhancement work together to produce a more natural, immersive image that stays faithful to the filmmaker’s intent.
It’s also designed to be flexible for real-world home setups, since the 3-axis motorised lens allows precise horizontal and vertical adjustments without sacrificing clarity, and with 10 lens memory presets, users can easily save zoom, focus, and lens positions for different room layouts. On top of that, support for professional IP control systems like Control4, Crestron, and PJLink means it can integrate neatly into smart home environments.
For longevity, the light source is a solid-state laser unit rated for up to 20,000 hours, and is capable of powering up to full brightness in 8 seconds, which also automatically adjusts brightness by up to 5% to balance image quality with energy efficiency.
