ASUS has revealed a brand new small-size touch screen for the ProArt family compared to the usual big guys over the recent years.

ASUS ProArt Display PA169CDV 2

Coming in as the ProArt Display PA169CDV, it is a 15.6-inch IPS display at 4K resolution that even if the screen size is small, the extra pixel density could make or break a piece of artwork. Built with native Wacom EMR technology for compatibility with the bundled ProArt Pen, it is also certified to do HDR content thanks to the DisplayHDR 400 rating and for color critical work, the PANTONE Validated + Calman Verified mark presents the PA169CDV as the first portable monitor to hold these 2 verifications at the same time on top of the Delta E<2 accuracy, 10-bit color, 100% sRGB and Rec.709 color gamut coverage. The back of the device comes with 2 kickstands for versatile angles with the upper one angled for comfortable drawing and sketching while the bottom one transforms the panel into a secondary display. As a side note, the ProArt Pen utilizes the aforementioned Wacom EMR tech to provide natural handwriting feel with the device itself being battery-free and compatible with ASUS Dial for accessing shortcuts within supported Adobe software for accelerated workflows.

Availability

As the ProArt Display PA169CDV is fresh out of CES 2022, it’ll take some time for local information to get to the Malaysia branch.
