ASUS has officially unveiled two new NUC products in the NUC 14 series, named Pro+ and Performance. Let’s explore what they offer.

First, the NUC 14 Pro+ has been designed with customer feedback in mind and now features a 5×4-inch anodized aluminum chassis. This chassis is slightly larger than previous generations but offers a more modern and premium feel.

While it doesn’t include a discrete GPU, the Intel AI Boost NPU provides power-efficient AI inferencing hardware to handle various on-device generative AI applications.

In contrast, the NUC 14 Performance lives up to its name, featuring the same range of Intel Core Ultra processors plus an NVIDIA GPU, either the GeForce RTX 4070 or RTX 4060. It has a larger form factor than the Pro+, but it is still more compact than most PC rigs.
