addlink has unveiled its new PCIe 4.0 SSD — S90 Lite — featuring storage capacities of up to 2TB and speeds up to 5000MB/s.
The S90 Lite is equipped with the latest Gen4x4 NVMe controller and 176-layer 3D TLC NAND flash, offering sequential read/write speeds up to 5000/4500 MB per second. Its active power consumption requirement is approximately 3.9W, enabling it to have longer battery life and stabilized temperature for use in laptops and PC.
Furthermore, the S90 Lite comes with an SLC caching and also supports a host memory buffer (HMB), allowing it to deliver higher performances by utilizing the memory resource of the host to maximum random read/write speeds of up to 400K/800K IOPS.
