Moving onto the last quarter of April, Sun Cycle has announced two new PC cases from Fractal Design that they are ready to bring into Malaysia, so let’s take a look at the new stuff.
Starting off with the Torrent Compact, specially designed to air cool compact build as efficiently as possible through an open front grille and two 180 x 38 mm Dynamic PWM fans. It comes in a streamlined open interior while also having expansive base intakes and extra-large bottom fan support providing plenty of breathing room for components and maximizes performance potential. The removable top bezel and routing clips with cable ties make it easy for installation and cable management.
The case comes pre-installed with the new Nexus 9P Slim PWM fan hub and also two Prisma ARGB PWM fans or Dynamic X2 PWM fans depending on the model. On top of that, there’s a top-mounted aerodynamic PSU shroud with integrated ARGB effects for the aesthetics.
Up next is the smaller version Torrent Nano which is suitable for small form factor enthusiasts. This case offers almost the same features as the Torrent Compact, but offers a smaller footprint in overall. Despite its size, it can accommodate graphics cards with 3 slot thickness and length up to 335mm.
The case comes with one Prisma ARGB PWM fan or one Dynamic PWM fan depending on the model. Its front fan brackets allow unobstructed airflow to the larger fan while catering to standard-sized radiator.
