ASUS ROG is launching the second wave of RTX-enabled laptop & desktop system just a few months after the ROG Strix SCAR II GL704 landed in Malaysia. This time, the ROG Zephyrus S and the ROG Strix GL series desktop is receiving the RTX graphics upgrade.
ROG Zephyrus S GX701
The Zephyrus S GX701 packs a 17-inch, 144Hz display with NVIDIA G-Sync support. The slim bezel and 18.7mm thin body make the laptop one of the sleekest out there. Now, with the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q GPU, the GX701 packs a whole lot of power under the hood.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus S GX701 is priced at RM13,999. Every purchase also comes with a mouse and also a ROG backpack, alongside with the GC21 webcam that records 1080p 60fps video through the USB.
ROG Strix GL12C
The ROG Strix GL12C is positioned in the high-end desktop segment where it comes with the 9th generation of Intel Core i7-9700K or i9-9900K processor and with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 or RTX 2080 graphics card.
The price for the GL12C starts from RM9,999 and goes up all the way to RM14,999. Every purchase of the ROG Strix GL12C comes with ROG Strix Flare mechanical gaming keyboard and ROG Gladius II gaming mouse.
ROG Strix GL10CS
The ROG Strix GL10CS is placed at the mid-range gaming desktop segment with the 8th-gen Intel Core i5-8400 or i7-8700 processor. The graphics processing unit is powered by the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or GTX 1060.
The price for the GL10CS starts from RM2,699 and goes all the way up to RM5,499.
