Sometime during June, ROG has revealed the Microsoft Xbox-collab handheld gaming PC, the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X which are armed with a brand new form factor and design alongside the AMD Ryzen Z2 series processors. And now, they have an official launch date of October 16.

With Malaysia being one of the launch countries, there are also Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, China (Xbox Ally X only), Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam that fills the list.

For a short recap, the ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X comes with Ryzen Z2 A and Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processors, with the latter equipped with an NPU and overall stronger performance. They also come with full-screen Xbox UI, optimized backend performance for less overhead, and the full Windows 11 in case you need do use it as an actual PC for some time.

As for its price, localized figures in Ringgit Malaysia are still unannounced.
