If we are to look at the market of multi-connectivity keyboards that are vibrant in terms of colors and also affordable at the same time, then you need to look at the ASUS Marshmallow KW100 keyboard. It is priced at RM179 and looks rather… familiar.

We have this keyboard in the Matcha Green color. I don’t really have any reasons to choose this color, I just think that it looks unique. You can also get it in the Oatmeal White color (if I’m not mistaken about the name) and it looks like a creamy white color. We also paired with the Matcha Green color of the Marshmallow MD100 mouse too.

This keyboard can connect to a total of 3 different devices by toggling it. It’s easy – just press Fn + 1/2/3 and it immediately changes to the whatever device was paired with profile 1/2/3.

Now, this keyboard is using two AAA batteries which I think as weird since the Marshmallow Mouse MD100 is using a single AA battery instead. That’s weird.

The typing experience was actually fantastic. It is a membrane keyboard but it still bounces up and down really quickly while typing. ASUS did highlight that the keyboard is silent while typing and I agree. For someone who has a fetish for silent keyboards, I enjoyed typing on this keyboard.

It also has angled feet that can be popped up but the angle isn’t really something that I prefer.

What’s interesting is that this keyboard also has subscripts and shortcuts printed for Macs too.
