Kingston has announced a new addition to its NV3 SSD series with the launch of the NV3 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2230 form factor to give fellow users another choice to access its high-performance portfolio.
Tailored for users seeking a fast, power-efficient storage upgrade, the NV3 2230 targets space-constrained devices such as ultra-thin laptops and handheld gaming consoles. However, it is capable of delivering up to 2TB of capacity with speeds reaching up to 6,000MBps read and 5,000MBps write, thanks to the Gen 4×4 controller.
As usual, the product will come with a 1-year license for Acronis True Image for out-of-the-box drive cloning needs, and the unit is compatible with Kingston SSD Manager for further diagnostic and monitoring use.
