GIGABYTE has recently revealed some new high-end parts for you to build up your next end-game rig.

GIGABYTE AORUS Z790 X Gen Motherboard

First, the AORUS family will be raising the bar for high-end motherboards yet again with the new Z790 X Gen dedicated to Team Blue’s CPUs.

As the name suggests, these boards are designed to deliver exceptional performance across the board. Starting with RAM support, you can expect to have DDR5-8266 with XMP right from the start, and the potential for even higher speeds as more verified kits become available. This is further enhanced by the incorporation of Back Drilling Technology, which improves signal integrity and prevents system crashes during tuning.

As for a more streamlined DIY building experience, the M.2 EZ-Latch Click for heatsinks + M.2 EZ-Latch Plus for SSDs + PCIe EZ-Latch (Plus) for GPU will make your life far easier.

Furthermore, the Sensor Panel Link, seen in models like the Z790 AORUS PRO X and B760M AORUS ELITE X, returns to eliminate the need for cable routing.

For those seeking even more premium features, the Z790 AORUS XTREME X stands out, featuring a 5-inch LCD Edge View display for added style.

In terms of thermal management, GIGABYTE has implemented a VRM Thermal Armor Fins-Array design, resulting in up to 10 times better heat dissipation. The Nanocarbon Coating passive enhancement has also boosted thermal performance by 10%. Specifically available in the AORUS XTREME X and AORUS MASTER X models, the M.2 Thermal Guard ensures proper cooling for PCIe 5.0 SSDs. The I/O Vent Design also contributes to heat dissipation.

When it comes to build quality, the PCIe UD Slot X is highlighted as exceptional, featuring a seamless one-piece design secured to a dedicated backplate, significantly improving load-bearing capacity. With the added protection of the Inner Lining Rubber Strip guarding the GPU PCB against scratches, these motherboards are built to meet your needs.

Lastly, the new UC BIOS showcases a redesigned UI/UX design with themes provided by HWiNFO. It also includes features like the Memory Timings Monitor, detailed BIOS information, PerfDrive technology, and more.

As for the PSU department, the new PCIe 5.0 compatible Ultra Durable family welcomes the new UD850GM and UD750GM that is rated for 850W and 750W respectively.

Through that one single GPU cable, the UD850GM is capable of giving as much as 600W at one time while the UD750GM does it at 450W.

Both units are ready to sustain up to 2x total power excursion and thanks to high-quality components like Japanese capacitors combined with an enhanced thermal solution, a 120mm HYB smart fan, and circuit protections including OVP/OPP/SCP/UVP/OCP/OTP, you’ll use this thing for as long as you can.

Also, the UD850GM is in white color (hurray for full white gang).
