GIGABYTE’s appearance at CES 2026 is based on its new “Refine and Define” philosophy to showcase how it implements AI across its portfolio through hardware and software integration to help users understand that it is now practical and intuitive to use them, no matter it is about desktop, laptop, or even industrial.
On the desktop side, you have the AMD-based X870E and B850 motherboards designed to power the latest Ryzen 9000 series X3D processors through the exclusive X3D Turbo Mode 2.0 that utilizes finely-tuned AI model to dynamically adjust system performance in real time without the need for extensive OC knowledge.
The cream of the crop is the X870E AORUS XTREME X3D AI TOP supports up to DDR5-9000 and above while keeping thermals in check through features like the CPU Thermal Matrix, DDR Wind Blade XTREME, and M.2 Thermal Guard XTREME, all designed to sustain performance under heavy workloads. On the other hand, the X870E AERO X3D WOOD blends high-end performance with a lifestyle-focused aesthetic, featuring wood-grain textures and refined details that stand out from typical motherboard designs.
Meanwhile, he expanded the PROJECT STEALTH lineup, including new X870 and B850 AORUS STEALTH boards, adopted a reverse-connector layout for a cleaner, cable-free appearance that makes both assembly and presentation far more satisfying for builders who care about visual polish.
As for the laptop department, the AI agent GiMATE has been redesigned GiMATE interface that brings real-time system insights and voice-driven control into a single, streamlined hub. With AI Power Gear III, users can now switch directly between Discrete Mode and MSHybrid through GiMATE without diving into the BIOS, while Auto, Optimus, and Eco modes intelligently manage GPU behavior to balance performance and battery life depending on how the laptop is being used.
The expanded GiMATE ecosystem also includes GiMATE Creator, now with Qwen-Image support for English and Chinese prompts, and GiMATE Coder enabling natural-language code generation, correction, and optimization.
In terms of performance, they announced the AORUS MASTER 16 that carries up to an AMD Ryzen 9955HX3D + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU combo sitting inside a 19mm chassis that is 17% thinner than before, with the WINDFORCE Infinity EX design combining vapor chamber cooling and an asymmetric Frost Fan to chill the monstrous chip within. For the AERO X16, it guns for mobility through the AMD Ryzen AI 400 for efficient yet powerful processing on the go, with the GAMING A18 PRO offering a balanced, slim profile with up to an RTX 5080 Laptop GPU for gamers and AI newcomers alike.
Now, the main show is all about the AORUS GeForce RTX 5090 INFINITY that is based on the Founders Edition design, where the two big fans are on the end sides of the card with another third one under the shroud. They implemented the exclusive WINDFORCE HYPERBURST Cooling with a separated PCB and superconducting heat pipes for heat transfer, while the unique fan design and metal grease application all work together to unlock the full potential of the GB202 chip.
The RGB Halo pretty much follows its AORUS MASTER line of GPUs, and for now, they have not disclosed the base and boost clock of the card.
Lastly, the brand also announced a new GPU Selector application that lets user quickly assisgn specific programs to specific GPU units, so that one can be fully informed on which card is dedicated to workloads like AI training/inferencing. There’s also a whole new line of OLED gaming monitors featuring the ultra-wide QD-OLED MO34WQC36, 4K QD-OLED MO32U24, glossy 4th-gen WOLED MO27Q28GR, and the new white 27-inch QD-OLED MO27Q2A ICE gaming monitors – all equipped with HyperNits for HDR and AI Picture Mode for SDR optimizations.
