FSP has revealed the brand new high-performance power supply unit of the Hydro GT PRO family.
Created in flavors of 850W and 1000W variants for the initial batch, the Hydro GT PRO is engineered for both casual and gaming purposes that runs even the most power-hungry components by delivering crisp power with high efficiency and stability. Featuring a +12V single rail design which is especially good for high Amp operations, the 450V, 105°C Japanese bulk capacitors in addition to the DC to DC module design, experience superior reliability under high-load and extensive operating environments with reduced noise and EMI generation. Additionally, the unit also comes with 2 sets of 4+4 pin ESP12V connectors to complement the high-end motherboards while the 120mm FDB fan cools off the entire unit with ease. A bit of a sad case is that it is made to be semi-modular instead of full so cable management might be a little inconvenient. In any case, the 80 PLUS Gold certification and complete hardware protection feature set of OCP/OVP/OPP/SCP/OTP from guarding against electrical mishap, it should already tell you that it is some good stuff by FSP.
