Brace yourself RGB fanatics, as Cooler Master has just announced the RGB edition of their affordable MasterBox Lite 5, along with the MasterBox Lite 3.1 TG. And if RGB is still not enough, both the MasterBox Lite now comes with a new tempered glass side panel.
According to Rick Chen, Cooler Master’ Case Product Manager, users will not have to worry about having scratches on tempered glass side panel, unlike most acrylic side panels.

The RGB fans that come with the MasterBox Lite 5 RGB are certified to work with ASUS, Gigabyte, ASRock and MSI motherboards for extensive RGB effects customization. Cooler Master has also thrown in a RGB connector splitter cable in the box. However the MasterBox Lite series offers customization beyond just RGB lighting. You can easily change the theme of both the MasterBox with the three included trims – Red, White and Black. Mix and match for a look that’s uniquely yours. You decide your case’s theme.

With all the bling elements aside, both MasterBox Lite 3.1 TG and MasterBox Lite 5 RGB capable of both liquid cooling and air cooling. Users can opt for custom liquid cooling setup for extra cooling, or colossal air coolers up to 158mm tall. The MasterBox Lite 3.1 TG is capable of fitting up to 3 pieces of 120mm fans. As for the MasterBox Lite 5 RGB, it is capable fitting up to a total of 4 x 120mm fans.
With the new 4mm thick edge-to-edge tempered glass side panels on both the MasterBox Lite 5 RGB and MasterBox Lite 3.1 TG, these cases are meant for you to showcase your hardware. Whether it’s a minimal Micro-ATX build with the MasterBox Lite 3.1 TG or an ATX motherboard loaded to the gills in the MasterBox Lite 5 RGB, these cases lets you put your build on display.
