Acer has announced the incredibly thin and light Swift 7 (SF714-52T) with a new premium chassis and ultra-narrow-bezels. The 14-inch Acer Swift 7 has an impressive 92% screen-to-body ratio and weighs at just 890grams. That makes the Swift 7 an amazing on-the-go device for those who travels a lot.
Acer Swift 7
- Intel 8th Gen Core processors (up to Intel Core i7-8500Y)
- 8GB or 16GB LPDDR3 RAM
- 256GB or 512GB PCIe SSD
- 14″ FHD 1080p IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6
- 317.9mm x 191.5 mm x 9.95mm
- Dual Thunderbolt 3 port
Acer has certainly bringing a lot to the table with the Swift 7. Packing everything in that sub-1cm, sub-1kg magnesium allow chassis is an engineering feat. Especially when the ultra-narrow-bezel display is equipped with an actual glass, Corning Gorilla Glass 6 at that, and glass is heavy. We can’t wait for the Swift 7 to arrive in Malaysia.
Acer Chromebook 315
- 7th Gen AMD A6-9220C or A4-9120C processors with Radeon Graphics
- Up to 8GB RAM
- 32GB eMMC storage
- 15.6″ FHD IPS display (touch and non-touch variants)
On the other hand, Acer also releases the first ever Chromebook with AMD processor and graphics.
