ASUS Malaysia has officially revealed the new slick and light Zenbook S 13 OLED laptop that achieves maximum points in both weight and style.
Striking for the title of the world’s slimmest ultralight OLED laptop, the Zenbook S 13 OLED is currently unbeatable with a super-slim 1cm profile and lightweight 1kg chassis that makes carrying it around an easy job compared to other laptops. Most of the internals are completely CNC-machined including the lid so that a thin yet full-featured FHD IR camera can be integrated for that Windows Hello support. Fewer layers of the circuit board but with higher wiring density keep the performance and functions of a fully-decked laptop within such a small chassis.
In terms of finishes, the brand new Basalt Gray joins the classic Ponder Blue for another taste in the color spectrum while the gorgeous 16:10 2.8K ASUS Lumina OLED display with 0.2ms response time, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and color accuracy of Delta E<1 make everything pop with its PANTONE Validated color rendering and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification in addition to Dolby Vision for that true-to-life visuals.
Under the hood is an up to 13th Gen Intel Core i7 CPU paired with 32GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD with everything powered by a 63Whr battery. On the side, you’ll find a full set of I/O ports including 2x Thunderbolt 4, 1x USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, 1x HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm audio jack for your peripheral connection.
