Acer Malaysia has introduced its new Predator Helios Neo 14 gaming laptop in the local market, featuring a compact yet high-performance design catering to students and professionals seeking a versatile work laptop that can also serve as a gaming machine.
To begin with, the new Predator Helios Neo 14 boasts a 14-inch WQXGA+ display with a butter-smooth 165Hz refresh rate, full RGB color spectrum support, as well as NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility. Running on the Intel Core Ultra 9 CPU, it also features the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 laptop GPU with AI-powered DLSS 3.5 to deliver excellent performance and realistic visuals.
For cooling, the gaming laptop integrates the Predator Cooling System with a dual-fan configuration and 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D fans, alongside the Vortex Flow technology to consistently draw cold air into the system’s interior to regulate temperatures efficiently.
Plus, the liquid metal grease on the CPU and vector heat pipes further improves heat transfer and thermal capacity to deliver optimal gaming experiences.
In terms of connectivity, the Predator Helios Neo 14 is equipped with Intel KillerWi-Fi 6E, a full-function USB Type-C with ThunderBolt 4 port, and a MicroSD card reader. It is also packed with AI enhancements such as Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 and Acer PurifiedView for an enhanced video/audio-conferencing experience, which can be accessed with the Copilot Key.

The new Predator Helios Neo 14 gaming laptop can now be purchased at a price of RM7,799 via Acer eStore, official stores on Shopee and Lazada, as well as authorized resellers in Malaysia. Also, shoppers who place an order for it before 24th May 2024 will be entitled to an Acer Melbourne Luggage (20″).
