The Razercon 2020 was a blast. Packing with announcement hypes of new products, live music jams, and giveaways, it is one of the most memorable conventions of the year due to how many got canceled due to COVID. But anyway, every convention is the best timing to announce some of the latest and coolest tech gadgets for the world to see so here is the list of items announced during the event.

Razer Iskur Gaming Chair

Hardcore Razer fans finally have another item added to the collection that they can utilize on a daily basis. Designed to address spine issues resulted from extensive gaming session over a long period of time, the Razer Iskur has a unique external lumbar support system that offers 26 degrees of customization to fix fellow gamer’s posture by reducing aches and strains normally forced along the curvature of the spine especially the mid and lower regions where tensions are found the most.

With high-density foam cushions for additional support and comfort, a 4D armrest system that can be customized for optimal reach, and a memory foam neck pillow for additional support at the top of the spine, it is still sticking to the good old black/green color pair using multi-layer synthetic leather while sporting the great Razer logo.

No more collaboration is needed for a Razer PC case as the Razer Tomahawk is the 1st one under the official branding that comes in both standard mid-tower ATX and Mini-ITX form factor.

It features side panels made of fully tempered glass which is detachable through the rear hinge for displaying the precious components on one side and your cable management skills on the other. The entire case is built off a matte black metal frame including the front and back panel while lighting up the luminous Razer logo.

At the bottom, Razer Chroma RGB-enabled strips can be found which can be controlled and customized through Razer Synapse 3. For cooling, the front side can support up to 360mm radiators while the top side can hold two 140mm fans.

To complement the visual experience, the display is available in 2 options: Full HD OLED Touchscreen suitable for creators thanks to the 100% DCI-P3 coverage, high contrast ratio while being protected with Corning Gorilla Glass or Full HD 120Hz for the gamer’s choice that gives full sRGB color space coverage alongside a matte finish for reduced glare. Packing the THX Spatial Audio hardware is the 4 smart amp powered speakers that provide immersive sounds even within an open space environment that can be further tuned to the user’s liking.

The built-in shock mount also reduces vibration while the durable tilting stands to prevent it from tumbling down due to accidental bumps. Introducing 4 new partners into the Razer Chroma RGB ecosystem are WD Black, Seagate Gaming, Yeelight, and Twinkly for a total of over 50 3rd-party hardware partners supporting over 500 devices and more than 150 games and applications.

Additionally, ASRock has announced a new collaboration whereby the ASRock Taichi will have a unique Razer-designed model offered in either x570 or B550 chipsets. The highlight of this special version is it offers native Razer Chroma RGB support with universal compatibility across thousands of addressable RGB (ARGB) components, making the color syncing job easier than ever through Razer Synapse 3.

Alongside the new hardware announcements, Razer introduced four new partners to the rapidly growing Razer Chroma Connect program: WD Black, Seagate Gaming, Yeelight, and Twinkly. The Razer Chroma Connect program now consists of over 50 third-party hardware partners, making it the world’s largest RGB lighting ecosystem for gaming devices with support for over 500 devices and over 150 games and applications.

Razer Sneki Snek X Conservation International

The official gaming mascot of Razer is now the Sneki Snek that has been seen previously in the form of a plushie and seemingly has its popularity skyrocketed quickly and now fans are requesting a chance to get them. Razer has answered the call by announcing a collaboration with Conservation International, a global environmental organization whose mission is to empower societies to responsibly and sustainably care for nature and the wellbeing of humanity. In short, for each of the plushie sold, 10 trees can be protected with a set goal of at least 100,000 trees taken care of through this sale alone.
