Razer Malaysia has officially brought in the Huntsman V3 TKL 8KHz keyboard to the local market, maintaining the tournament-ready form factor with a slightly friendlier price tag by taking off a bit of the “ultra-premium” perks.

The board is using Gen-2 Analog Optical Switches that actuate via light signals with variable strength, allowing software to know how deeply the key has been pressed down. Practically speaking, it has been tuned to offer more or less the same feature sets as magnetic-based keyboards, as you can find Rapid Trigger, Snap Tap, and more customization via the Synapse software (Synapse Web supported out of the box too).

And of course, the 8K polling rate is what makes it tier one in terms of responsiveness. But other than that, Razer also made some QoLs in terms of providing instant visual feedback from the number rows, such as toggling RT and enabling Snap Tap, and onboard profiles can be switched at any time without software too.
It also comes with factory-lubed switches and layers of foam for a more thocky sound profile, which is the bread and butter in today’s age.
Price and Availability
