The new Razer Tartarus V2 Pro has landed in Malaysia, bringing upgraded tech into its dedicated keypad form factor.
This new iteration houses the Razer Analog Optical Switch Gen-2 with full adjustable actuation range from 0.1mm to 4.0mm and Rapid Trigger sensitivity down to just 0.1mm for ultra-fast repeated inputs. Each switch is individually lubricated and rated for a 100-million keystroke lifespan, so it’s built to hold up over years of heavy use.
Meanwhile, there are 31 programmable controls, enough to cover a full ability bar or a genre-specific macro set from one keypad, anchored by a full-sized, anti-drift TMR thumbstick. Need more? There’s 3 three dedicated buttons for extra flexibility depending on your playstyle. The wrist rest is a cool one – sliding out and rotating left or right so it adapts to your natural hand position instead of forcing you to adjust your grip to match a fixed shape.
On the performance side, it supports up to 8000Hz HyperPolling through the Advanced Input Control suite, and includes Snap Tap, Snap Flex, and Dynamic Keystroke for faster, more precise execution when it matters. You can configure up to 24 keymaps across three onboard profiles through Razer Synapse, and actuation or Rapid Trigger settings can be tweaked directly on the device through an onboard LED array, no software required. Textured doubleshot PBT keycaps round out the build for long-term durability and a satisfying feel.
