Renowned VR headset brand PICO has partnered with NVIDIA to integrate the GeForce NOW game streaming service across its entire lineup of VR headsets. This collaboration enables PICO users to enjoy a wide range of AAA games at 1440p resolution without requiring a Windows PC, as all gameplay is wirelessly streamed to the headset over WiFi 7.
To enhance user convenience, PICO has confirmed that various Bluetooth controllers, including those from Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and Razer, are compatible with their devices. Leveraging NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX servers, users can activate DLSS technologies in supported games for improved visuals and ultra-low latency.
Starting later this month, the GeForce NOW app will be available in the PICO Store, with flexible membership plans ranging from a 1-Day Pass to 1-month and 6-month subscriptions. The Performance tier, priced at $9.99 per month, offers priority access to RTX servers with DLSS and RTX ON features. For $19.99 per month, the Ultimate tier provides an upgraded experience, including access to RTX 4080-powered servers, higher frame rate options, and faster latency.
