Noctua has revealed 2 more popular products joining the chromax.black family which are the widely popular NH-D15S and NH-U9S for a cool, sleek and stealth look while performing as excellent as the original model.
Similar to other chromax.black offerings, the complete blackness from head to toe: Heatsinks, fans, anti-vibration, fan clips, mounting parts. All of it while maintaining the same cooling capabilities thanks to an optimized process during the coating process. The NH-D15S is the single fan version of the NH-D15 that enables full clearance of the top PCIe slot on most mATX and ATX boards and with recessed lower fins it won’t interfere with RAM sticks in any way. If needed, users can upgrade it with a 120mm or 1400mm fan on the front fin stack for even better heat dissipation.
On the smaller side of things, the NH-U9S’s 5 heat pipes within a 9cm frame provide adequate cooling with full clearance in any form factor and that’s the reason why it is so popular within the community. While the chromax.black fans have their own black anti-vibration pads, Noctua now sells the classic colour in retail packs which are available in 200mm, 140mm, 120mm, 92mm, and 80mm to give your rig a slight touch of the classic Noctua brown to the already clean and sleek build. Each pack contains 16 pads for up to 2 fans.
