MSI has concluded its keynote for IFA 2024 and here’s a quick look at the things that were announced there.
To start, we have several new machines equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 200V series processor poised to deliver unprecedented battery life – possibly the first for Intel’s long-standing record in the x86 field. First, we have the Summit 13 AI+ Evo standing up for the rest of its family and carrying its signature lightweight build and robust security features. Supporting the MSI Pen 2 stylus for touch input, it is still the brand’s poster boy for versatile flip-capable laptops.

On the other hand, the Prestige series covers 3 sizes of 13/14/16-inch options, packing ultra-light designs, large batteries, and extended battery life capable of running 20 hours of video non-stop. The front 5MP webcam is now better at capturing your face.

Extending the power of Intel Core Ultra 200V to handheld gaming PCs as well, the upcoming upgraded edition of the MSI Claw which goes by the name of MSI Claw 8 AI+ not only gets a performance and battery life improvement but also an extra Thunderbolt 4 port thanks to popular demand.
They also revised the power brick to a smaller one for easier transportation and wall sockets for support.
A quick pivot here as MSI will be offering the Summit 16 and Prestige 16 models alongside the Stealth and Creator counterparts packing the AMD Ryzen AI 300 series chips for those who have faith in Team Red.

Lastly, MSI will be launching yet another new series called the Venture series that carries a rather low-profile and sleek look which means no “gamer elements” here. However, the hardware list is quite packed too – Intel Core Ultra 200V processor, 16:10 OLED screen, big battery life with 100W charging, and more.
Sizes-wise, the brand will be doing 14/15.6/16/17-inch to provide a wide variety of options to customers.
