For MSI’s new line of laptops, they are going both the refresh way and the new and limited edition way, so let’s see what’s in store.
The big showcase is given to the Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Draco Epic special edition made for the brand’s 40th anniversary, which features the Draco constellation crafted through precision metal etching and anodization techniques that create intricate textures and shifting light reflections.
Top-tier parts are a must, with an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU to start, while the 18-inch 4K 240Hz Mini LED display, mechanical per-key RGB keyboard, haptic RGB touchpad, and vapor chamber cooling system round out the package.
The limited-edition release also ships with a commemorative bundle that includes a mouse pad and a collectible coin. MSI says the Titan 18 HX Dragon Edition Draco Epic will arrive in Malaysia in July.
For the gaming handheld segment, MSI joins the Intel Arc G3 family with the Claw 8 EX AI+ for an absolute portable gaming experience, thanks to XeSS 3 MFG. The device runs an 8-inch 120Hz VRR display, and comes with redesigned ergonomic grips, Hall-effect triggers and thumbsticks, improved bumpers, and a more responsive D-pad.
A new set of high-end linear motors delivers a more detailed haptic feedback, while software additions such as Xbox Mode allow users to quickly launch and resume games. The handheld arrives in a distinctive Void Purple finish and is scheduled to launch in Malaysia in July.
The Artisan Collection gets a new edition through the Prestige 14 Flip AI+ Vincent van Gogh Edition, inspired by the famous painter’s The Starry Night and Starry Night Over the Rhône.
This laptop is convertible, runs the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, and is expected for a Q3 release.
Lastly, the Katana, Venture, and Crosshair family of products received minor updated designs alongside refreshed hardware targeting better performance, cooling, and tailored design for selected models.
