COLORFUL has announced its latest member added to its iGame Ultra family: the AMD AM5-based e iGame X870E ULTRA-S V14.
On the performance side, the board runs a 16+2+1-phase power design with 80A DrMOS, built to feed high-end AMD chips including the dual-CCD flagship Ryzen 9 9950X3D. An integrated clock generator also allows CPU base-clock adjustment, so enthusiasts get finer tuning control than multiplier-based overclocking alone. Memory support is generous too, with up to four 48GB modules running at up to 6600MHz with CL28 timings, a combination of high capacity, high frequency, and low latency.
There are a total of 5 M.2 slots (3 being PCIe 5.0 x4) for lots of onboard storage. The M.2 heatsinks use a quick-release latch, so you can get to the drives underneath without tools. The rear I/O adds two full-featured USB4 40Gbps ports for fast external storage and modern peripherals, which suits both high-frame-rate gaming and heavier creative work like video editing and 3D content creation.
The look carries over the hip-hop-inspired language of the Ultra series. A black heatsink armor is accented with graffiti-style typography and dot-matrix artwork, and pixel-inspired ARGB lighting under the VRM nameplate adds a gradient glow.
Meanwhile, the X3D AI Turbo Mode is integrated natively, and it automatically tunes PBO, temperature and power limits, and voltage settings, aiming to lift gaming performance and cut FPS drops while keeping multi-core productivity intact.
