COLORFUL has announced the launch of the new limited-edition Chitu MAG-60 Magnetic Switch Keyboard to commemorate the 2026 Chinese zodiac Year of the Horse.
The design is based on the Red Hare (Chitu), which is one of the legendary warhorses of Chinese history, with the board getting loads of ancient Han Dynasty horse carvings, auspicious cloud motifs, and a rich vermilion-red finish reminiscent of classic Chinese seal art.
The case itself is a CNC-machined T6 aluminum chassis finished with a multi-layer anodized coating, and you can find it Chitu-themed artwork on the bottom case and a laser-engraved individual serial number.
Meanwhile, the top cover combines imported Alcantara suede with embossed cloud patterns, hand-finished alongside full-grain leather side accents to deliver a premium tactile exterior.
If you are looking for “custom keyboard” keywords, then this is a top-mounted board that comes with 4x layers of foam, fitted with dye-sub PBT keyboards, and uses the TTC Year of the Horse “White Horse” magnetic switches compatible with TMR sensors while enabling the usual magnetic board perks like Rapid Trigger, 8KHz polling, and web-based drivers for further customization.
Pricing and Availability
The Chitu MAG-60 will only have 300 units for the entire world, with each retail package including two custom metal artisan keycaps featuring horse-inspired engravings.
The Chinese market will see the board priced at RMB2,399, which is around RM1,460.
The board will go on sale starting June 30.
