ASUS Malaysia has confirmed that the new ProArt Display OLED PA27USD and PA32USD will be launched into the local market sometime during the month of July.
Dedicated to creators who care about color accuracy and workflow efficiency, the new duo comes with 26.5-inch and 31.5-inch panels, both running 4K QD-OLED with up to 1000 nits peak brightness, which basically means you get those deep OLED blacks paired with really punchy highlights. On top of that, they cover 99% DCI-P3 with true 10-bit color, so they’re built for things like video editing, grading, and post-production.
Aside from being factory calibrated to Delta E<1, they can also run ProArt Calibration alongside Calman color calibration software and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS, while also including a built-in colorimeter with self-calibration, so you don’t even need external tools if you don’t want to. There’s also support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG via ASUS Smart HDR, which makes them flexible whether you’re working on streaming content or broadcast material.
Central to them are premium hardware design, as they both can run up to 240Hz with VRR via HDMI 2.1, as well as having 2x Thunderbolt 4 (96W power delivery), DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1, and even 12G-SDI – one for the PA27USD and two for the PA32USD, so you know that these are ready for even the most specialized setups.
Ergonomics and usability come from the adjustable stands, carry handle, and wraparound hood, while the optional rugged case edition for the PA27USD can properly protect the monitor during travel. The usual OLED protection features are baked in too – Pixel shift, brightness adjustments around static elements, proximity-based dimming, you name it.
Pricing
Both models are expected to be priced around RM8,650, and since it is from the ProArt family, you’ll get a code to redeem 3-months of Adobe Creative Cloud.
