Normally, you’ll only see a professional artist-focused monitor available in the form of a desktop display but ASUS has finally enabled mobile digital content creators to enjoy the same perks too as the ProArt Display PA148CTV is a 14-inch IPS FHD monitor with anti-glare which is great even for outdoor use and a capacitive 10-point multitouch capability to enable all sorts of gestures without hindrance. As the world’s 1st Calman Verified display, it covers 100% range of the sRGB and Rec.709 color space for absolute color accuracy and control on top of the pre-calibration from the factory with a Delta E < 2 ratings. Not only that, the display is configured to run in some sort of “Assistant Mode” such as the Virtual Control Panel and ASUS Dial with certain compatible Adobe software which provides the user easy-to-access shortcuts and controls to further smoothen the workflow process.

As for the ports, you can connect the panel to any other device through either micro-HDMI or USB-C ports. An adjustable metal kickstand at the back and tripod socket is available for a wide range of setup patterns and flexibility is always good. Being a ProArt product, the PA148CTV also features the exclusive ProArt Preset and ProArt Palette software with the former providing existing mainstream profiles for quick color gamut adjustment, making it easy to grade colors and edit photos/videos while the latter lets users adjust the parameters of the display such as the color hue, temperature and gamma with additional 2-point grayscale sliders inclusive of 6 colors – red, green, blue, cyan, magenta, and yellow – for extra customizability and options.
