ASUS Malaysia has announced the availability of 3 versions of the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU created to let a wider audience enjoy the Ampere architecture goodness.

ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3050

The coolest boy on the list is none other than the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3050 which delivers a strong 60fps average in ray-traced games with cool temperatures yet quiet noise levels thanks to the curated 2.7-slot heatsink that conducts heat fast and efficient while getting removed by the triple fan setup and it does it in style too, with the chiseled cutouts, angular lines, and metallic accents supported by the ARGB LED ROG logo on the backplate and a full-length light strip coordinated through Aura Sync.

Built with premium chokes and MOSFETS, the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3050 uses a combination of the increased contact area of the baseplate upon the GPU chip, nine-blade Axial-tech fans that spin against each other’s direction for minimum turbulence, the card also has a pair of FanConnect II headers that allows the user to control the casing fan based on the GPU’s performance so that it only pulls in the air for cooling when it is needed.

ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 3050

Scaling down a bit is the Dual GeForce RTX 3050 that offers similar cooling performance but in a slimmed-down package suitable for compact builds such as mATX rigs. It also carries a pair of Axial-tech design that maintains airflow on a dense array of heat pipes and fins. With a subtle lighting cue and minimalist design, this also means that buyers will pay less for aesthetics thus making their buck worth more in the performance department.

ASUS Phoenix GeForce RTX 3050

Need something as small as possible? Then Phoenix GeForce RTX 3050’s 1 fan design owns it all through a simple yet steady aluminum backplate and a single Axial-tech fan. It still gets the job done though as it supports the full set of NVIDIA features such as NVENC video encoding, RT-cores, and more without even cutting out the Display Out options.
