Razer Pro Click v2 series is available in vertical variant too

In the world of ergonomic vertical mice, there aren’t that many choices to choose from – especially from reputable brands. There is only one brand that came out of two vertical mice before ,but there aren’t any new ones for the past 3 years or so. And now, Razer enters the vertical mouse market with the Razer Pro Click V2. There is a horizontal and a vertical version this time.

I do believe that Razer is filling in a niche here, as there is no gaming-grade vertical mouse in the market right now. I am already using a vertical mouse to do my everyday tasks – including gaming, though I do wish that the sensor is better – and hence, the Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition should be a perfect fit for that need.

The new Pro Click V2 comes with the Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor that is capable of tracking on glass as well. The mouse switches are also mechanical, rated for 60 million clicks.

Best of all, this mouse has the Razer HyperScroll technology that offers free-spin and tactile scrolling modes. Perfect for scrolling across long documents or Excel sheets.

The new Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition has a 71.7º angle to simulate a natural handshake grip. This helps alleviate wrist and forearm strain, making it ideal for users spending long hours at their desks. Complementing it is the Pro Click V2 (horizontal version), which features a 30º tilt for a more neutral wrist posture, complete with rubberized side grips and a supportive thumb rest.

Both devices prioritize comfort without compromising on style, featuring sleek, minimalist aesthetics suitable for both office and home setups.

There is also a Razer AI Prompt Master equipped in the mouse too. It’s a shortcut to invoke popular AI platforms like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, or reprogram it using the Razer Synapse.

The Pro Click V2 series can be paired with up to 5 devices, including the Razer HyperSpeed Wireless or Bluetooth. It is also powered by a built-in battery and can be quickly charged via USB-C.

The Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition is priced at $119.99 USD / €129.99, while the Razer Pro Click V2 retails at $99.99 USD / €109.99. Both are available starting 24 April 2025, with the Vertical Edition available at Razer.com, Razer Stores, and authorised resellers, and the standard V2 available exclusively on Razer.com and Razer Stores.
