Razer has announced the Razer DevCon 2021 that is surprisingly not primarily gamer-focused for the first time.

Razer DevCon 2021

The event is based on empowering developers around the world to learn and adapt Razer’s ecosystem of hardware, software, and services at all levels into their own product for more idea innovation and compatibility across the industry. With an expectation of over 4 hours of discussions filled with critical-thinking debates and interactive Q&As, confirmed participants include Activision Blizzard, and Renaud Ostrowski, Audio Artist at Vibe Avenue Studios, and Frank Rosay, Game Producer at iLLOGIKA.

Interested developers should register in advance to gain early access to development tools and brief information about platforms and features such as Razer Chroma, Razer Gold, and THX Spatial. As Razer is also expanding into mainstream consumer space, any platform is welcomed – be it PC, console, or mobile. As an early bird bonus, the first 1000 registered and verified participants will get an exclusive special attendee’s pack as well. On the other side of things, there are additional prizes and awards to be given out during the event but it is unannounced at the moment.

Non-developers such as passionate fans and gamers new to the Razer scene should tune in to the panels to start knowing about unique insights of the gaming industry that is evolving fast and fierce.

The registration page can be found here while the entire event will be streamed on Razer’s Twitch channel on May 8 at  1a.m Malaysia time.
