NVIDIA has unveiled its latest lineup of GPUs, the GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Series, which includes models such as the RTX 4080 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 4070 SUPER. These GPUs are designed to elevate gaming and AI experiences, featuring impressive specs like up to 52 shader TFLOPS, 121 RT TFLOPS, and 836 AI TOPS.

One noteworthy feature of these GPUs is the inclusion of NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) technology. This integrates AI-powered Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and Ray Reconstruction with ray tracing, enhancing visual quality in games like Diablo IV and Horizon Forbidden West. The GPUs support a vast array of over 500 RTX games and applications, anticipating the integration of upcoming generative AI applications on PCs.

Emphasizing their commitment to AI capabilities, the GeForce RTX SUPER GPUs come equipped with specialized Tensor Cores that can deliver up to 836 AI TOPS. This enhances the gaming, content creation, and productivity experiences on these GPUs. The NVIDIA TensorRT software further optimizes deep learning inference with low latency and high throughput, providing a comprehensive software stack to accelerate AI tasks. In AI tasks, the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER produces video at a speed exceeding 1.5 times and images at a pace surpassing 1.7 times compared to the RTX 3080 Ti.

The flagship GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, available from $999 starting Jan. 31, is positioned for 4K gaming with ray tracing, surpassing the performance of the RTX 3080 Ti. The RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, available from $799 starting Jan. 24, excels in high frame rates at 1440p and 4K. Specifically targeting PC gamers and creative professionals, the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER, starting from $599 on Jan. 17, boasts 20% more cores than the RTX 4070, delivering performance comparable to the RTX 3090 with reduced power consumption.

These GPUs will be accessible through various channels, including NVIDIA.com (Founders Edition models) and partner retailers, offering custom boards from reputable manufacturers like ASUS, Colorful, Gainward, GALAX, GIGABYTE, INNO3D, KFA2, MSI, Palit, PNY, and ZOTAC.
