Taking a look at the laptop itself, the ILLEGEAR ARES V definitely has a pretty thick chassis – since it is packing desktop Ryzen CPUs after all. These powerful desktop chips require an equally powerful cooling system, which is why the laptop is rather thick.
But that thickness is not only meant for the CPU. The highest-end GPU option available for the ILLEGEAR ARES V is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. To cool both of these components is definitely not simple – considering that a laptop has a cram all the components into that relatively tiny body. Combining this powerful GPU with a 3rd Gen Ryzen CPU, this laptop is even more powerful than my desktop – yet it’s portable!
