HP OMEN has released a series of new products to level up and expand upon its plethora of gaming products with this time even introducing its own gaming chair.
First up, the OMEN 15 is getting a refresh to its hardware while maintaining most of the current design and aesthetics. Now it comes with a 10th Gen Intel Core i5 or i7 CPU and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Max-Q as its main horsepower to power the FHD screen that is either up to 300Hz refresh rate and/or with NVIDIA G-SYNC. It now runs on a battery that is capable of up to 12.5 hours of run time under a hybrid setting of efficiency and pure performance. Its cooling capability is reportedly been improved as well through better airflow and additional vents.
Next up is the OMEN 27i gaming monitor that is equipped with a QHD Nano IPS 165Hz panel with NVIDIA G-SYNC and 1ms response time that is perfect for both casual and hardcore gamers around. It is also pretty good at displaying color and suitable for semi-professional works thanks to the 98% DCI-P3 color range.
Seems like OMEN is also catching up to the likes of the Razer Iskur as its own officially branded gaming chair. Featuring a spacious seat and high-grade thick cushions, it is capable of adjusting its height and tilt to a large degree while supporting up to 300 lbs of weight. The armrest is also fully adjustable whether left or right, front to back, side by side, you name it.
Onto the peripherals, the new wired OMEN Vector now equips the OMEN Radar 3 sensor that supports a maximum of 16,000 dpi with 99% accuracy, 400 IPS, relative acceleration, and self-calibration with 50 million clicks Omron switches and braided cable for snag-proof and overall durability.
On the other hand, the OMEN Blast is a 7.1 surround sound enabled headset with multiple audio profiles that can be enabled through the OMEN Command Center and the soft padding and suspension headband enable extensive comfortable gaming session as well.
