BIOSTAR has just revealed its latest X870E VALKYRIE motherboard, designed for both content creators and professional gamers alike.
Built with AMD’s X870E architecture, the X870E VALKYRIE accommodates Ryzen 7000, 8000, and 9000 Series processors while featuring support for 4-DIMM DDR5 memory up to 192 GB, AMD EXPO technology, as well as a robust 22-phase and 110A Dr.MOS power design.
In terms of storage and expansion options, the motherboard includes two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, one PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 5.0 M.2, six SATA3 ports, along with several M.2 sockets.
Not only that, it boasts an 8-layer, low-loss PCB for secure connections and EMC, plus moisture-proofing for added durability. The Rapid Debug 3 feature also brings detailed and accurate troubleshooting information and automatically detects failed hardware.
Connectivity-wise, the X870E VALKYRIE packs 2 x Rear USB 4.0 Type-C ports, 8 x Rear USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports, WiFi 6/6E/7 modules, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, 2.5GbE LAN, and Realtek ALC1220 7.1 Audio, making it an excellent option for creative and gaming tasks.
It also boasts several interesting features which include VIVID LED DJ + RGB SYNC for aesthetic needs, an M.2 Anchor that enables easy M.2 device installations, Auto Installer software for automatic necessary driver installation on Windows OS, USB PD Charging, and WiFi 7 support.
