BIOSTAR has announced they are expanding the B850 lineup with the new B850MT-E PRO variant for a combination of exceptional performance and reliability at an accessible price.
Although AM5 is used best with the new Ryzen 9000 series processors, it can also support 8000 and 7000 SKUs to allow more flexibility to those who want to “first upgrade motherboard then CPU later”. The generic design means that it is an ideal choice for office professionals, small businesses, and system integrators.
Aside from the up to 256GB RAM support, the innate PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot offers high-speed and dependable storage for demanding applications and data-intensive processes while the 2.5GbE ensures fast and reliable network connectivity for both online and local system communications. It also comes with HDMI 2.1 and DP for multi-monitor setups.
I/O ports are plentiful as well with USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C and USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A with the package rounded up by the VIVID LED DJ+BIOSTAR RGB Sync and LED ROCK ZONE which allow for personalized RGB lighting to elevate their setups. In short, this is one of the models that will not go wrong since it is well-designed for a wide range of preferences.
