AMD’s Ryzen 6000 series mobile processors powers the 2022 edition of the ASUS ROG Flow X13 and multiple Zephyrus series laptops

ASUS ROG Malaysia’s mid-2022 announcement includes a total of 4 new ROG class gaming laptops including 3 for the Zephyrus family and 1 for the Flow. Let’s see what are they fitted with and how much they cost.

And for context, all devices are using the AMD Ryzen 6000 series mobile CPUs and a mix of GPUs from NVIDIA and AMD themselves so bare with us as we brief you through the highlights if you haven’t already known.

First, we have the ROG Flow X13 refreshed with the latest computing hardware alongside a pair of visual choices of either absolute clarity of 4K/60Hz or smooth and silk 1080p/120Hz while maintaining the portable form factor. Still rocking a good old 1.7mm key travel keyboard, the robust I/O of HDMI, USB-A, and USB-C together with the proprietary XG Mobile interface allows you to juice up your game anywhere you go.

Now we have the baller laptop of all time, the Zephyrus Duo 16 which packs the very best of the best in terms of silicon power and display capabilities. Rocking the strongest Ryzen 9 6980HX and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU, nothing can stop you from doing all sorts of productive and heavy gaming work. The ScreenPad Plus now rises up and slides back to meet the primary display while kicking in the AAS Plus 2.0 cooling system to draw in more air for more effective heat transfer.

Moving onto the display, it is packed with some of the industry-leading techs. For starters, it uses a Dual Spec panel created exclusively by ROG and BOE that can switch between 4K/120Hz and FHD/240Hz seamless so you can enjoy both scenery-focused games and competitive titles with the best experience at hand.
