ASUS Malaysia has revealed the new TUF and Prime series AMD Radeon RX 9070 family of GPUs and their price.
These new cards are Team Red’s answer to the market for more value-packed graphics card as they are made with RDNA 4 architecture, hosts 16GB of VRAM, and features various HYPR-RX technologies as well as support for the latest FSR4 suite of game-augmenting functions.
As mentioned, the TUF Gaming will come with Dual BIOS switch for easy performance/quiet mode switching, while SUS GPU Tweak III software enables fine-tuned performance adjustments and hardware monitoring. This generation introduces a phase-change GPU thermal pad, replacing traditional thermal paste. This pad transitions from solid to liquid as it heats up, filling microscopic gaps for superior thermal conductivity and longevity compared to conventional pastes.
Meanwhile, the Prime series rocks a far simpler design choice and has phase-change GPU thermal pads, dual-ball fan bearings, a dual BIOS switch, 0dB technology, and an aluminum backplate in exchange for a more friendly price tag.
