Alibaba has recently introduced Wukong, an AI-native enterprise platform designed to integrate advanced agentic capabilities into business workflows. It can coordinate multiple AI agents within a single interface to handle complex tasks, while its enterprise-grade security ensures reliability for productivity-focused business environments.
Following Alibaba Group’s reorganisation under the Alibaba Token Hub (ATH), Wukong emerges as a flagship enterprise AI platform, highlighting the company’s push into agent-based business solutions. Currently in invitation-only beta, it is available as a desktop app or integrated within DingTalk, with future support planned for platforms like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WeChat.
Wukong will gradually integrate with Alibaba’s ecosystem — including Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Alipay, and Alibaba Cloud — while also supporting third-party agent tools, enabling a wide range of business functions from e-commerce to cloud operations.
On top of that, it introduces One-Person Team (OPT) solutions across multiple industries, providing tailored AI tools to help individuals and businesses streamline workflows and scale more efficiently.
